Service Alert: Feature Change for QuickBooks Mobile
QuickBooks Mobile is changing the way you access QuickBooks when you are away from your primary computer. After January 31, 2013, you will no longer have access to your QuickBooks data from QuickBooks Mobile from the web/browser.
The mobile access via QuickBooks Mobile for iPhone or Android applications will remain untouched, allowing you to continue to manage your business while on-the-go. If you do not have QuickBooks Mobile, it’s easy and fast to get started.

No. Your subscription or entitlement to QuickBooks Mobile continues to offer remote access to your QuickBooks data, so you will not incur additional costs by downloading QuickBooks Mobile for iPhone or Android devices.
Many of Intuit’s QuickBooks products include QuickBooks Mobile as part of their bundle. If you have one of the following products, you are entitled to QuickBooks Mobile:

- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program
There will be no interruption of the web access until January 31, 2013, so you can continue to use the web access (QuickBooks Connect) until then. After that time, your data will remain available via your QuickBooks desktop software and via QuickBooks Mobile for iPhone and Android devices.
