After much consideration, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue QuickBooks Time Tracker and QuickBooks Time & Billing, effective December 1, 2011. We realize this is an inconvenience for you and we want to make this process as smooth as possible.

Communicate changes to employees and ensure final time submissions prior to December 1.
Approve/download all final entries prior to December 1.

You will continue to have access to your time data until December 1, 2011. Please be sure to download and approve your time data before then. After December 1, your time data will no longer be accessible.
For QuickBooks Time Tracker:
  1. Go to the Employees menu
  2. Click Enter Time
  3. Click View/Download Online Timesheets
For Intuit QuickBooks Time & Billing:
  1. Visit QuickBooks Time & Billing application at the Intuit App Center
  2. Once you have approved all pending time entries, the time data will sync according to your application settings. To change your application settings, visit the Sync Manager options screen.
Yes. The service will stay as it is today until December 1, 2011. On December 1, QuickBooks Time Tracker and QuickBooks Time & Billing will no longer accept new time entry, the service will shut down and data will no longer be accessible.
You may continue to submit time through the Outlook plug-in until December 1. After December 1, any time entered through the Outlook plug in will not be supported. You should remove the plug-in to avoid any issues.
No. There is nothing you need to do after you have downloaded and synced your time data.
