  4. No Penalties Guarantee: If the data you provide is accurate, on time, and your account is sufficiently funded, your payroll tax deposits and filings will be on time and accurate or we'll pay the resulting payroll tax penalty.
  5. Additional fees may apply for Intuit to work with a tax agency for any tax issues that may come up. If you receive a notice about a discrepancy during a time period when you were on our service, our tax specialists will research the case and work directly with the agency to provide proof of payment or filing on your behalf. If you receive notification of a tax error or penalty from a filing prior to when you were on our service, your prior provider will be responsible for correcting the problem. Intuit QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll requires an annual payroll subscription, Internet access and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). Additional fees apply for Direct Deposit. Worker's compensation tracking & reports feature is not available with Simple Start.
