Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification

Note the following:

  • Both the employee and the employer are responsible for completing a valid Form I-9.

  • The employee must provide the employer with documentation that establishes the individual's identity and eligibility to work.

  • The employer is responsible for ensuring that each employee fills out the form and provides the necessary documentation that establishes work eligibility.
