Payroll Update 20910 allows you to create paychecks dated in either 2008 or 2009. It has selected federal updates for 2009 including the federal withholding rates. It also has selected state updates for 2009.

Summary of changes for this update:

  • This tax table includes support for a new Federal payroll item called the "US - COBRA Subsidy Credit" that is being implemented to support a new tax provision of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). An action will be required in Payroll Update 20910 for any employer paying the 65% COBRA subsidy for assistance-eligible individuals.
