  Summary of Tax Table Updates
 
  • This tax table includes a new wage limit for Social Security taxes.
  • This tax table includes new withholding tables for: California, Maine, Minnesota, New York, and South Carolina.
  • This tax table includes other changes for: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.

  Summary of Tax Forms Updates
 
  • For Enhanced Payroll for Accountants payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes federal forms that were updated: Forms 940 for Reporting Agents & Schedule A (Form 940 for Reporting Agents), and Forms 944 for Reporting Agents & 945A for Reporting Agents.
  • For Standard and Enhanced payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes federal forms that were updated: Forms 940 & Schedule A (Form 940), Forms 943 & 943A, Forms 944 & 945A, Form W-2, and Form W-3.
  • Note: In November, the federal government determined that there are two (2) credit reduction states for 2017. California and the U.S. Virgin Islands each have a .021 (2.1%) credit reduction rate.   • For Enhanced payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes state forms that were updated for the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
