Payroll Update 21810 for QuickBooks 2015

QuickBooks Desktop 2015 Services and Support Discontinuation Notice

Live technical support and other services — including QuickBooks Payroll Services — will be discontinued for QuickBooks Desktop 2015 on May 31, 2018. If you are using QuickBooks Desktop 2015 and would like to continue to use your QuickBooks Payroll service, you will need to upgrade to a newer version of QuickBooks. If you do not upgrade before May 31, 2018, you can expect:

  • Your payroll tax calculations will be incorrect.
  • You will be unable to send payroll, including direct deposit.
  • Your payroll subscription will be deactivated.

To avoid interruption to your service and support, purchase and register a newer version of QuickBooks by calling (866) 676-9670 for QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Premier, or (800) 450-7498 for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

If you share your company file over a network
 


If you use QuickBooks to share your company file over a network, your coworkers can install payroll updates even if they do not have direct access to the Internet. Be sure that each copy of QuickBooks is set with the Share Download option turned on. Click here for more information.
