  Oregon Workers' Benefit Fund Assessment (WBF Assessment) employer and employee rates decreased to 2.4 cents per hour from 2.8 cents per hour effective 1/1/2019. (21901)

  Sec 83i Tax Deferral A new tax tracking type has been added to track aggregate deferrals under Section 83(i) of the IRC elections as of the close of the calendar year, which will be reported on an employee's 2018 Form W-2, box 12, code HH.
