  Summary of Tax Forms Updates
 
  • For Enhanced Payroll for Accountants payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes a federal form that was updated: Form Schedule A (Form 940 for Reporting Agents).
  • For Standard and Enhanced payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes a federal form that was updated: Schedule A (Form 940).
  • Note: In November, the federal government determined that there are four credit reduction states for 2015. A .015 (1.5%) reduction rate is listed for California, Ohio, and U.S. Virgin Islands, and a .021 (2.1%) reduction rate is listed for Connecticut.
