This section explains how to solve acknowledgment problems and get electronic filing technical support information.

Solving problems with acknowledgments

Transmission of acknowledgments can be interrupted if the Internet connection becomes unstable or the connection is lost. In those cases, the Intuit Electronic Filing Center may assume you received an acknowledgment that does not appear in your HomeBase EF Center.

If the status of a return appears incorrect or does not seem to be updated, go to the Electronic Filing menu and choose Update Selected Acknowledgments. For more information, see "Updating selected electronic filing acknowledgments".

If you have a question about electronic filing, use either of the following methods to check ProSeries.com for technical support information.

To access Electronic Filing technical documents that are available from ProSeries.com, select Help & Support, select Browse Support Articles, then select Electronic Filing Topics.

Calling ProSeries Technical Support

If you have questions about preparing or converting returns for electronic filing in the ProSeries program, contact ProSeries Technical Support. When you call, make sure you’re at your computer with the ProSeries program running. Have your Intuit customer number (printed on your packing slip) available.
