  Summary of Tax Table Updates
 
  • This tax table includes new Federal withholding tables, and new Non-resident Alien withholding tables.
  • This tax table includes a new wage limit for Social Security taxes.
  • This tax table includes new withholding tables for: Alabama, California, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, and Oregon.
  • An action is required for the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New Mexico, and New York.
  • This tax table includes other changes for: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington.

  Summary of Tax Forms Updates
 
  • For Enhanced Payroll for Accountants payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes federal forms that were updated: Forms 940 for Reporting Agents & Schedule A (Form 940 for Reporting Agents), and Form 944 for Reporting Agents & Form 945A for Reporting Agents.
  • For Standard and Enhanced payroll subscribers, this Payroll Update includes federal forms that were updated: Forms 940 & Schedule A (Form 940), Forms 943 & Form 943A, Form 944 & Form 945A, Form W-2, and Form W-3 & Form W-3c.
  • Note: In November, the federal government determined that there are 14 credit reduction states for 2013. Delaware has a reduction rate of .006 (0.6%). A .009 (0.9%) reduction rate is listed for Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin. A .012 (1.2%) reduction rate is listed for Indiana and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
